Wee. [12 Nov 2006|09:35am] thisisthesmile [ mood | hopeful ] Hey, look, it's your friendly own queenstrata in disguise! (No, seriously. I stopped using queenstrata, so now I'm using this journal to be owner with. Fun times.) I just thought we should bring this guy back to life. In fact, we should just give up on the old novel and start a brand new one--only this time with some actual sort of planning. So what we'll do...hm. Let's start with the most important questions! 1) Who's actually interested in trying again? 2) What genre should we write this time? (No erotica, a QS doesn't write sex.) 3) When you're writing a novel, do your characters make the plot, or does your plot make the characters? (In other words, which do you create first: plot or characters?) 4) How do you outline your novel? 5) And, most importantly, should we wait until December to start this? Answer, answer! It's pretty hard to guess when it will be my time, so I was wondering if someone would be willing to let me know when it is my week to write a chapter? There isn't anything here yet, I know, but we're waiting (impatiently) for people to start sending in applications and joining before the first novel information goes up. Please remember to read the rules and guidelines for joining before you send in a request to join or start trying to post or send e-mails to the mods. Also, we can always use a bit of advertisement! All we ask is that you put a link to the community (with or without the banner found on the profile) somewhere: a website, your livejournal information, whatever. Sister communities are also welcome, and we'd be more than grateful for your own submissions of banners or other images for the community to use. Also, if you have any suggestions for story ideas, I'd be happy to see them! Other than that...the goal of this community is to have fun, and keep writing! I'll get a Friends Only banner for the community soon, seeing as all posts should (hopefully) be under a friends view. post comment
